The actor has reportedly bought a five-bedroom, six-bathroom home without his partner. The move comes after the Hollywood couple were said to have put their luxury California home up for sale

Ben Affleck has reportedly bought a new mansion alone amid rumours of a split with Jennifer Lopez—and after the Hollywood couple were said to have put their marital home on the market.

The 6,247 sq ft home, which has five bedrooms and six bathrooms, is located in the Pacific Palisades neighbourhood in Los Angeles.

It is surrounded by “lush, landscaped gardens and grounds that whisk you away to the pages of a storybook”, according to the property listing.

The property has been widely identified by media outlets as Affleck’s new home and reportedly sold for US$20.5 million on July 24. It was on theMLS.com, a database of properties for sale created by real estate agents, and originally listed by The Agency, a global real estate brokerage firm—the life and work of its teams are depicted on Netflix’s Buying Beverly Hills.

Affleck and Lopez married in 2022 and earlier in the month reportedly put their home on the market for US$68 million.

Here, we take a look inside the actor’s new bachelor pad.
