Spanish spirit

Hello,

After 12 years of holding court in Wan Chai, 22 Ships has set sail for PMQ in Central. Naturally, we had a peek inside to see what’s on offer in the fresh surroundings—and more importantly, what we’re ordering. Plus, from bar closures to new menus and playful cocktails to try, we’ve got all the food and drink happenings worth your attention this week.

We also spoke with Abby Cadman and Tegan Waters of Feste Group, who are leading the charge with the Young Chef, Young Waiter and Young Mixologist competition. They shared their motivations and vision for this bold new venture. Keep reading for more in this week’s newsletter.

Stay hungry,
