Candace Chen founded Fluv, Taiwan’s largest pet nanny platform, in 2020 to help fur parents find trustworthy, reasonably priced pet care when they travel. It also provides flexible income opportunities for disadvantaged groups, seniors and students. The pet care marketplace has more than 7,000 pet sitters and over 140,000 members in Hong Kong and Taiwan. It counts Twitch co-founder Kevin Lin and Sustainable Impact Capital as investors.
