The refreshed Jaan is currently one of the hottest tables in town with arguably the best view of any restaurant in Singapore. Helmed by executive chef Kirk Westaway since 2015, Jaan has become renowned for his own Devon-inspired experiential dining. Westaway’s cuisine champions handpicked ingredients from his home country that are expertly prepared and beautifully presented alongside top produce from around the world, including locally harvested greens. A 700-label strong wine list that’s both forward thinking in vision and geographically extensive works harmoniously with the wonderful backdrop of Marina Bay, the indulgent service led by operations manager Giuseppe Farinotti, and the kitchen team’s uncompromising cooking.
