The Hollywood couple’s lavish California mansion, which has 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, could be yours now
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have reportedly put their home on the market.
The 38,000 sq ft luxury mansion, perched in a 5.2 acre lot in Beverly Hills, California, has 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, and was listed for US$68 million on July 11.
It is described as “recently renovated with the highest level of quality within the last four months” and “nestled in one of Beverly Hills’s most exclusive and secure enclaves”.
“Perched atop a five-acre promontory, this newly rebuilt and expanded masterpiece offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, creating a serene backdrop for its unparalleled amenities,” reads the listing. “Privacy and security are unrivalled, as the manor sits prominently behind double gates.”
The property in the listing has been widely identified by media outlets as the couple’s home. The photos are a match with what are believed to be images of their home, which began resurfacing on real estate websites online in June. Though the home was not listed for sale before July 11, their photos’ resurfacing is reportedly a tell-tale sign that a home is about to be put on the market. It was listed on theMLS.com, a database of properties for sale created by real estate agents, and is listed by Santiago Arana of The Agency, a global real estate brokerage firm—the life and work of its teams is depicted on Netflix’s Buying Beverly Hills.
The listing comes after months of speculation that the Hollywood couple, who married in 2022, are divorcing.
