For plates that bring together fire and flavour, head to Ignis KL, led by chef Lroy Lim, who heads his team of flame experts that know their way around the grill. The menu combines the best of Asian, European, and Latin influences and details impressive dishes like its Angus beef flatiron with caramelised onion purée and watercress, grilled giant squid with almond purée and arrabbiata sauce, and cold capellini with grilled prawn, miso, and tobiko.

Just about everything on the menu gets to spend time on the grill in some shape or form, including its desserts, such as its signature s'mores made with a coffee marshmallow and served with Altara dark chocolate and grilled grapes accompanied with yoghurt dip and parmesan biscuit.

Next door to Ignis KL is The Farm Foodcraft, which champions its farm-to-table approach, using only the freshest local ingredients sourced from its own urban farm for you to savour. Nourishing, hearty, and flavourful, a meal here will be enjoyed in the restaurant's rustic and laidback atmosphere, featuring a custom chandelier made of pitcher plants.

The menu covers a wide variety of food, suitable for every meal from breakfast to dinner. Don't miss its tomyam bolognese, fried chicken waffle, and arroz de marisco. On the drinks front, you can enjoy its craft beer selection or a coffee if you need a little kickstart to your days.

If you want a taste of the sweet life, make your way to Dolce Vita, an Italian eatery in Nexus Bangsar South that specialises in pastas, pizzas, and other cuisine classics. It prides itself on using classic cooking techniques that allow the ingredients to shine on your plates.

Pizzas here are made fresh to order in its Valoriani pizza oven and only use the best of the best ingredients like San Marzano tomatoes and Fior di Latte Mozzarella. Our favourites on the menu include its paccheri ai frutti di mare, trofie al pesto genovese, montanara pizza, and bufala pizza.

For wine lovers who happen to be in the area, stop by The Public House KL for a sip and a bite. Boasting an impressive wine program and cellar, which is also what the Vintry group is most known for, you’re sure to find a bottle that suits your fancy while here. 

Food-wise, you can pick from its wide range of options that go from local delights to international favourites like claypot noodles and Tomahawk steaks.

Nestled within The Sphere is Sunbather Coffee, a one stop shop for specialty coffee, Japanese yoshoku dishes, and desserts. The relaxed and simple café is also lined with potted plants, adding to its laidback atmosphere for you to kick back and relax with ease.

On its menu, you'll find breakfast plates, Japanese yoshoku rice bowls and sets, small bites, sandos, pasta, and desserts, ensuring that you'll be well-fed when you visit at any time of day. Our favourites on the menu are the ebi fry sando, Japanese beef kuro curry rice, Sunbather Big Breakie, and momoko parfait.

Coming to you from The Oriental Group, Oriental Treasure is a dim sum and Cantonese BBQ specialist located at The Sphere. Expect to be greeted with an extensive dim sum menu, elevated Cantonese dishes, congees, noodles, and more. Set menus are also available for those who want to spend less time deciding on their orders.

Several private rooms are available for groups that would like a more intimate dining experience. We recommend indulging in one of its set menus for a taste of the best the kitchen offers. Our recommendations on the a la carte menu include any of its double-boiled soups, steamed deep sea grouper with preserved vegetables, and claypot pork trotter with sweet potato and dried sour plum.

Like its other popular locations, Souled Out in Bangsar South is a go-to restaurant for families and friends to hangout over pints of beer and reliable classic fare.
