Perhaps one of the most highly anticipated openings in the city this year, modern French restaurant Potager is the brainchild of culinary mastermind Masashi Horiuchi and the rest of the Entier French Dining. Design-wise, the attention to detail here is sublime, with personalised fragrances for its bathrooms, custom ceramics made by ceramicists, art installations by local artists, and more.

Along with head chef De Wet Visser, Horiuchi's menu at Potager is a gastronomical journey for all senses, rooted in quality, craft, and nature. You’ll find ingredients from local purveyors dotted throughout the menu, which is supplemented by an impressive wine program, led by group sommelier Dennis Chong.

The Qing is one of the latest newcomers to the Bamboo Hills collection of eateries, serving contemporary Chinese cuisine. Using traditional flavours and modern cooking methods, The Qing is inspired by the ancient Chinese philosophy of the five elements: wood, fire, earth, metal, and water.

The space’s design is based on the traditional Chinese Courtyard House but with a few modern touches. When dining with a group, its hot pot selection will be a welcoming addition to your table.

Ginger takes a cue from Australian cuisine with its vibrant and striking dishes but with a local twist. Its restaurant is encased within large glass walls that lets in plenty of sunlight, with an open space for a relaxing meal.

During the day, try its scallop, ikura, and prawn spaghettini, Ginger’s Burrata, and Bhangra Burger. For dinner, we suggest the harissa lamb cutlet, grilled market fish with lemon and capers, and chargrilled eggplant.
